I bought a complete woodcut print collection from a collector in austria.
So there is one more piece, i didn't know anything.
Style is - i think Yoshifusa. But i didn't find out something.
Maybe someone can help bringing some light into the darkness.
Need some help with two woodprints purchase.
These are parts of tryptichons maybe from hayashi shogoro but I'm not sure.
I was searching on different sites and auctions about the woodprints but i haven't success.
First one is maybe the gathering of yoritomos troops.
the next one i have no idea who it is.
Maybe someone knows title and artist.
Chris
Looks like a mumei Wakizashi with a nice hamon in very very bad condition. Where ist the interesting to buy it?
Yesterday you could buy a Koto Wakizashi here in the NMB for 600 GBP in fresh polish...
Thank your for posting history. I didn't know that Australia was attacked.
I also didn't no that the leading captain of the raid on pearl harbour and darwin Mitsuo Fuchida become a christian priest who lived the rest of his life in the USA.
Very interesting.
Eric with all respect.
What will you find out?
You ask for opinions for your sword. It is a oil quenched showa-to blade with stamps that not indicates that it is a gendaito. It is a Type 98 Gunto with a fast chissled signature, in good condition.
I know what you mean Kurt.
This mark here looks light little like "8".
He offer the sword for 1.600 EUR. I don't know.
I think, the punchmark is only a number.
