If it is a phrase from The Last Samurai, corresponding natural Japanese may be “完璧な花にはなかなか出会えない。”. As it is a colloquial style, it can not be written in kanji only. You can express it with kanji in Chinese (or Classical Chinese?). Anyway, I agree with Jean C.

Who is on the BACK of the NBTHK origami?
Nobody replied to John C's topic in General Nihonto Related Discussion
The dates on the paper are 1. Hole-punched – 22201005 (Heisei 22, 2010/05) 2. Front side - 平成二十二年七月二日 (July 2, 2010) 3. Back side - 平成二十二年八月二十七日 (August 27, 2010) As for the dates, I understand as follows, 1. The date means the year and month when the sword was accepted for examination. 2. The date of judgment 3. The actual date when the paper was issued -
昭和丁未年卯月日 - Showa year of Hinoto-Hitsuji, Uzuki (1967/04)

I found that the sword was excavated at Otake-nishi Renains in Yao city. The sword was found at the 3rd excavation (1996-1997) and documented in a report in 2008. It is the first sword which was recognized as a cast iron sword in the area. Ref. 大竹西遺跡 - Comprehensive Database of Archaeological Site Reports Japan (nabunken.go.jp) Also an archaeologist studying on iron cast in ancient Japan mentioned the sword in his paper (in Japanese). Ref. KAKEN23520946_Nojima.pdf (hiroshima-u.ac.jp)

Sale of fake Nihonto ( for pd report )
Nobody replied to AlphaRaider's topic in General Nihonto Related Discussion
Yes Steve, most of the points you pointed out are correct. But I believe that also the blank format is fake. I do not want to help forgers, so I am not going to show details here. But there are more than five suspicious points in the format. And all stamps are fake. The characters in the embossed stamp are “財団法人 日本美術刀剣保存協会” (NBTHK). The characters in the larger stamp in the remarks column are “貴重刀剣之證” (a proof to be a kicho-token). How stupid such stamps are on a torokusho. The bottom left stamp, which is a seal of 大阪府教育委員会 (Osaka Prefectural Board of Education), uses different font comparing to the legitimate seal. -
I guess that the lost name is 輝行 (Teruyuki). Ref. Bungo ju Fujiwara Teruyuki 日本刀・豊後住藤原輝行|日本刀・刀剣 販売専門店・東京【十拳】 (tokka.biz)

I believe that the torokusho is also fake. That contains many suspicious points.
