Yurie san, I have a catalogue of Dr Compton's New York Exhibition with a personal message inscribed so I have known of his work for many years.  It is very interesting indeed to read of your time in Dr Compton's company and how willing he was to share his passionate interest in Nihonto.

Thank you.

Barry Thomas.

For your information only.

I changed chapter numbering.

It became longer than I thought and becoming confusing.

Thank you

Yurie

Hi Yurie, hope you are fine.
After reading different blog chapters, found example swords, well you called family swords. Must be a nice chapter for its own to show us your family and former family swords.

Best

PS I hope a good idea?!

This 惟時壬辰暦 indicates the time of Mizunoe-Tatsu. What year though? 1352 1412. I suspect 1352, right smack dab in Nambokucho. John
