Blagoy Posted August 18, 2017 Report Posted August 18, 2017 It is easy indeed Seller's description: "The forging grain is tight itame-hada, no opening, no blister and no forging flaws. There is no bend, no crack and cutting edge is sharp." 1 Quote
Geraint Posted August 18, 2017 Report Posted August 18, 2017 What a shame, a pretty thing otherwise. All the best. Quote

seanyx11 Posted August 18, 2017 Report Posted August 18, 2017 Unbelievable. I'm so glad I decided to do some more research, buy a few books, join NMB and ultimately learn what to look for before potentially buying something like this. Not to mention, steering clear of ebay until I was more knowledgeable about everything. I'm sure there are a few good swords here and there, but I can't imagine a beginner being able to find one without a lot of luck. Granted, I did buy my first proper, papered Nihonto before buying any books, but I had done quite a bit of research and luckily stumbled upon Danny @ Nihontocraft.com. I could've easily ended up with something like this from ebay, if I had gotten in a hurry trying to get a cheap price. 1 Quote

Ken-Hawaii Posted August 19, 2017 Report Posted August 19, 2017 I sent him a little "nudge," & just got this note from him: "Thank you, I forgot about it, pull out from the listing." & the item has been pulled from eBay. Honest? Stupid? Ken Quote
