  1. Hi Brian, I’ve sold the katana from this Daisho, so the title doesn’t make sense. Plus, I’ve lowered the original price as well. Do I need to start a new for sale thread with just the Wakizashi? Or can we edit the original one to make sense? Thanks for your help
  2. Wakizashi still for sale $4250 plus shipping. Message me for more pics or videos.
  3. Katana is sold. Wakizashi is still available for $4500 plus shipping. That is an amazing deal for an Ubu, in polish, Tokubetsu Hozon blade. This is my favorite one, but life gets in the way sometimes, my loss is your gain. I apologize for taking so long to update this thread, my Dad passed recently so I’ve had a lot of family issues to deal with. Let me know if anyone wants more pictures or a video of the Wakizashi, I can text or email them to you. Thanks
  4. Katana sale is still pending, unfortunately. Wakizashi is still for sale $4500 plus shipping.
  5. Sale on the katana is pending. Wakizashi is still for sale.
  6. Bump. These are still available, ready to ship!!
  7. Just out of curiosity, does anyone (admins included) think I should repost with the pics in the 1st post? These are in amazing shape and papered, Ubu, signed Shinto blades, so I’m a bit shocked I haven’t received any more interest than I have…which is basically none lol
  8. More pictures. I’m sorry for the wrong format. @DTM72 maybe you could convert them again for me? If you private message me, maybe you could show me how to change them myself? I apologize again IMG_2460.pdf IMG_2461.pdf IMG_2512.pdf
  9. Oh nice!! Thank you so much good sir. I will try and post more jpeg, but they are such big files, so it’s slow going
  10. No offense, but I don’t know what that means my friend Are you interested in the swords? Let me know if you have any questions.
  11. I’m working on it now. I’ve got the pictures I took with my iPhone 14pro and I have to convert them to Jpg or pdf, apparently. I have all the pics anyone wants of the blades on my kitchen table
  12. Hi All, I am selling my Mishina Daisho. I bought the wakizashi from Danny Massey at Nihontocraft back in 2017 and it was my 1st "real" nihonto. I bought the Katana from Andy Quirt at the Tampa Sword show in 2018, and then had it papered at the NTHK-NPO Chicago shinsa that same year. I really don't want to sell these, but sometimes life gets in the way of such luxuries. I don't want to step on anyone's toes or pretend like I know everything about this, but I think the Katana was attributed incorrectly to the 2nd gen. The wakizashi was attributed to the 3rd gen sandai by NBTHK - Tokubetsu Hozon and it has the exact same signature down to the stylized chrysanthemum. The pictures and paperwork should provide a little more context. I am asking $10,000 for both swords together. I would like to sell them as a pair/daisho, but if there is enough interest, I will consider splitting them apart. Please message me for more pictures, since I can't figure out how to upload an HEIC iphone photo here. 13. Admins please change price to $4250…this is a ridiculous price for this beautiful, papered, in polish sword IMHO. Thanks.
  14. This sword is still available. I still think this is a steal for a Tokubetsu Hozon blade in good polish.
  15. Admins, please reduce price to $4500 shipped CONUS. This is a great price, in my opinion, for a Tokubetsu Hozon katana in recent polish. Thanks.
  16. No, the nakago has not been polished as far as I can tell from the natural patina of a blade this age. The blade is in very good, recent polish though. I am selling in the US. In fact, I’m ONLY selling within the continental US (CONUS). Specifically, from Atlanta, GA.
  17. I see that this has had plenty of views, but ZERO interest or offers. If anyone could give me some feedback as to what you may think is the issue. Is it just the price? The condition? The pictures being mostly from the original ad from Nihontocraft? I really thought this would sell quickly at the original price, and especially since it’s been lowered now. Thanks in advance for any feedback
  18. Admins please adjust my original post to show a price adjustment to $4750. I feel like this is a fair price for a Tokubetsu Hozon Katana in this condition.
  19. So, we can no longer edit our own posts/threads? Seems odd, but ok. I need to reduce the price for this item to $5000. Thanks.
