  2. This sword isn't my most valuable but it means the most to my heart...so ...here's one photo because you said please
  3. Just look online...it's the one he's using before the Emperor in the black and white film wearing the white Gi
  4. You may be able to get away with the cut off end of an old wooden chop stick if you have nothing else or to be extra careful just cut a Qtip in half and push with the padded end if it's not that hard to move. I'm guessing that peg is painted in.
  5. True ...but you seen the message ...and if you have one to sell or know someone I want to buy that one too. I already own Hakudos personal sword and another second gen....but ....the more the merrier.

    Liar Liar ?

Very nice ... I would have paid money to have access to his webcam at the exact moment he looked at the picture of the tsuba and realized the gig is up and how foolish he looks. Bravo. It's a shame. I've reported quite a few of these types of sellers on ebay along with multiple accounts with bogus listings and price fixing ect. and Ebay doesn't seem to care. Go figure Etsy takes action over night with bogus scam listings and Ebay says they care and to report but nothing usually happens. Cheers
  11. Also in the beginning of my sentence I mentioned "IF...this blade is legit.... Hard to tell from the photo's.....then the date tells us it was towards the end of his career as a smith and from what information is available that time period was some of his best work....that is ....if it's not a Gimei
  12. Thanks so much for the kind words and I'm glad you like you Wakizashi. Cheers
  13. it was towards the end of his career and by that time he was making swords for important people and clans. It's the quality of the cutting edge and shape plus resilience.
  14. Wow ...if this blade is legit it's some of his best work for the date inscribed.
  15. I have also seen this Kanji at the top of his signature on legit blades
  16. mine goes wide towards the middle of the blade and towards the tang. This smith had various different hamon types. The way the light that's hitting the hamon on mine and it's not in a good polish as yours isn't doing it much justice
  17. This may help a few peoples decision or ...not ? The file marks on both sides are next to identical. The ending of the date the last 3 kanji is notched the same size and direction kanji size ect. The name is fairly similar however if you look at all the papered swords from this smith on AOI they do differ a lot from each other due to different schools and timeframes. If this sword were papered it wouldn't be for sale. Wether I sell this sword or not It will be coming down soon due to my window of buying a sword I want. Thanks for viewing everyone. Last call is $3000 Canadian
