Yes, it’s a matter of taste..... I myself would prefer a “simple” Nara-menpo, in the same color if possible. (if the rust is still active, you should take care about....)

Very nice kabuto Mark! What caught my eyes immediately were the four little posts on the koshimaki next to the mabizashi.......unusual and interesting! (....and something more)

Seems not recorded, Simon. I could only find Sadatoshi (same spelling) as an tosogu artist around 嘉永六 (Kaei 6 = 1853).

No clue what it is......but I guess name reads “定俊” (Sadatoshi). ....furthermore “豊岡住(甲斐?).....” (Toyooka Jū....) So we have “豊岡住甲斐定俊作”+kao......The term in parentheses has several readings!
