    Kanji

I tried to instal the sosho font. I downloaded a apk file but when I tried to install this font it was not recognised If I can get it to work it would be ideal Some great references - thanks I opened the Sesko kanji pages as a PDF but on conversion to MS word it reverted to the standard type written kanji This exercise is for my next book and contains all the mei kanji within this book so initially the format is word before changing it to a PDF file

    Kanji

Hi I have a load of kanji and this example below is for 7 strokes Is there a quick way of getting the handwritten kanji for these typed kanji? I could using something like Jisho and screen shot but it would lake a long time Similar is to find the sosho versions but again quite an onerous task as there are over 300 kanji to convert Strokes Kanji 7 位 住 佐 作 兵 利 坂 寿 尾 村 秀 良 花 芳 見 赤 辰 近

This has often been mentioned before Possibly the work of what is call "Low-crossbar-mei Yamakichibei,". Have any tsuba with this type of mei passed shinsa?

    Tsuba details

Hi Just purchased these from Bob M and I'm curious about a few details 1st full tsuba Strange 'dots' Unknown feature Second tsuba Is this the worse tree ever? Gourds! It looks initially looks really rural but it has a shakudo rim so a good feature 3rd tsuba. A really nice papered tsuba with chrysanthemum stamps but any idea of the shapes, clouds, sand banks
  22. I always describe them as ornamental metal work There is never any mention or sword or nihonto
  23. Thank you all for your help
  24. I wonder if this kanji will remain unknown
  25. I look forward to see if all OK
