I've added four new low cost tsuba As it a small PDF it can be attached Tsuba sale Nov 2024 added.pdf
-
Hi Michael Others have received the download OK (three have already sold) If you let me know which tsuba you are interested in I can send a single page to your email address I just checked the link and was initially told it would be active for 10 days but no I see they state it has possibly exceeded the permitted down loads! If you send me your email and I can send you a new link

As it's from a dealer however good his reputation I believe Mogarashi is not viable
-
Again thanks It appears that Mogarashi is not mentioned at all The reference to O Soten is meaningless? In the matial arts ko and go are interchangeable and I should have picked that up straight away
-
Thanks Ed. A step forward
-
Many thanks for your help with my 1st tsuba This is the second one Tsuba Main Papers Back of the papers The envelope
-
Thanks to you both

I bought some tsuba from a NMB member and with help managed to get so far but a couple of kanji elude me Initially are the kanji I've used correct and there are a couple are missing. Haynes has a few options for some kanji so it would be ideal to select the correct one

As the last PDF was over 18 months ago I've re-posted this sale Tsuba listing: Unfortunately it is only available as a download for ten days During this period I'll try to find a more permanent solution Any ideas would be welcome I've has problems with one-drive and Dropbox https://mbf.me/a8Mu7d Please note that for those that have the last download there are no new tsuba but the PDF is smaller due to sales I've added few sample tsuba from the downloads file I've also shown my tsuba books link below https://www.lulu.com...t_audience_rating=00 I do not object to any comments or recommendations Thanks for looking Grev

I've just watched them all Sad to see that (for example) Interview No 3 only had 48 views Maybe collectors just didn't know about these. I didn't. -

Thanks Peter I watched No5 and will watch the other soon. So nice to see I did notice that in No5 I'm certain he has my Birmingham tsuba book (colour and spine layout are as my book) behind him and to the right - wishful thinking? He has said my images are good but I should be placing them on a glass plate! I did try this method and ended up with a load of 'floaties' on the image and I can't get to museum archive to retake them. All my correspondence has been ignored -
Hi Dale I have (in fact) two copies but too difficult to scan
-
I looked but no price If I open up the order page it looks strange
-
Does anyone have a copy of: Joly's List of Names and Kakihan in a PDF format? I've been thing of creating a book just with the 'Kao' and smith in a logical sequence It may never happen but this would be the first step
-
I expect the design represents something but other will have to help you Is that the moon peaking behind the clouds?
-
Nice replies - thanks
-
I put some tsuba into auction with a description of every tsuba but they still mixed a couple up Luckily I could correct the descriptions before the auction
-
Thanks Jean for the correction

-
Dale You are correct about finding the image after he made it From memory there is a area at the bottom that Ford made that was more complicated/difficult to make
-
I'm sure Bob M has an image of the reverse
-
I have an Akasaka tsuba of unknown design and I have asked loads of people and put it on the NMB As Dale said it's a nice tsuba to be enjoyed
