    I got the golden Seki label on one of my Kaigunto's black lacqured saya.

    A pice of thick leather around a screwdriver. Put it between the sarute and kabutogana in one of the sides and lift up to open.

    Its a high rank court sword. The high rank ,cus its got turtle shell grip.

    Not a navy sword. Ito is poorly done and done "yesterday". Tsuba looks fake. Looks like a postwar put together.

    I dont like the kanji, looks odd. I think the blade was newly polished and its a cosmetic hamon.

    I would never change the tsuka/wood unless its rotten. Live with it, IMO.

    I got this wakizashi in Kaigunto mounts. Its saya is normal length and with all kaigunto fittings, fits only this blade length inside. The tsuka is shorter in length than normal. These mounts was made by Gunto Sei Saku Jo, located in Tokyo.

    They are just normal 95 with metal saya and one with leather cover.I would not buy one with a wood saya and cover.99% a postwar put together.

    Please explain. I see in circle 1 kaigunto kabutogana and in 2, I dont see shingunto kabutogana. They are totally different like the ashi. Not same.
