Hello fellow NMB members, Im trying to kick off this new thread to showcase blades before and after being polished and any fittings / koshirae that have been restored to help other members to choose where to get work done but most of all for my own selfish interest in seeing the before and after pics as i always enjoy them with great interest and i thought others probably feel the same.   6. I received my copy from ebay last week and really enjoyed it. I found it very heart warming and was very happy with the outcome. Well done to all involved and this is another example of how Paul Martin is an amazing contributor to the Nihonto world. Greg
  7. Hello Alex, welcome. If thd sword has plenty of centimental value to you personally and you dont want to sell it and if you can afford it then i think you would be doing somethinv honorable having it restored by qualified profesionals trained in Japan. Greg
