Kozuka translation help appreciated

Some missing bits on the second and third seal script. Maybe 宣??古木 I can't help with the bottom compound or the top seal. John

"In Autumn,a cicada perched on an old tree". 帯 蝉 秋 古 木

 

Imagin, Kogatana handle is likened to an old tree,very long life.

The cicada's life is very short.

寒蝉抱古木

In late autumn, a cicada perches on an old tree.

 

That is the first part of the following Zen poem.

寒蝉抱古木鳴尽不廻頭

(Nonliterally: A cicada continues singing in late autumn on an old tree in its last days.)
