  8. I think that the resolution of the electron microscope will be too high for you to get much relevant information. The most that I use is about 40X magnification and this is just to look at small areas of interest.

  13. I really enjoyed the Florida Token Kai group. I was a member for years even though I live in Canada. They ran a great sword show in Tampa in February. I enjoyed their publications too. The last time that I saw Troy he was in a wheelchair and attending the show. I miss that group and their show too.

    I like the ginkgo leaves too. I agree that there are two handles.
  17. My first thought is that someone drilled holes in an okimono. I agree the large hole on the bottom does not work. well.

  21. It seems expensive for a tsuba that has so many missing inlays of brass. I would expect far better condition for that price. To me there is far too much going on and even if it had all its original inlay I would pass on it.
