id did not wait for the large pix to load other pages opend fine...to bad its set up this way...i know some dail up guys will not see them.

I doubt many will be able to see as all links go to Acrobat Reader,and the large pix do not open...is it the same for others?

goes to show ya what one thinks is quality, I know if I had done that in metal class id been very happy, but as the old saw says, those who can do and those who cant teach and those who cant teach become teamsters. I appreciate your knowledge and if you have a link to some top casting id like to compare them. Your a breath of fresh air for the board. Hai Domo!

I don't know my sculptors just recognize quality...the one plate has something mitsu saku...cant read the other maybe some of our new metal members can help us out. Yes a very good price indeed just pricey to someone on SSD.

looks like it had a major file job and not very well done...it does show you what a polish can do for a gunto blade. BTW got love the Bisyu Osafune Yokoyama Sukekane saku hes got up for sale....where are the Lotto Gods!

Eric got a bit carried away on this one...no Kizu??? the bidding reflects this swrod, he does have good sword from time to time this is not one of them, cant make it out does it look like a seki stamp to eveyone?

you bring up a good point, Tsuba are most often looked at for their artistic merits and not the weight or balance it brings to a sword, that also came into play for the samurai, not just for the blissful Zen moment before he would cut off someone's head, he would be sure of the balance and fluidity of his cut.
