  4. Thank you for your a reply. Kondo Akikuni was a pupil of Kurihara Hikosaburo (Akihide). Personal name was Kondo Tsutomu. Tosa is not in Tokyo, Tosa is now Kochi prefecture.

  23. Maurice, I believe that this sword is a copie from shortened Tachi blade. So this blade also tachi-mei. Carvings of Shosu tradition taste,hada of Yamashiro tradition taste and carved the mei, are a copie from (Rai) Kunizane blade,I believe.
