The mei says "Made by Fujita(family name) Akiyoshi,at the foot of a Chitose-yama mountain in Ushu provonce(Yamagata prefecture) ".

Akihiro(Yoshihara Akihiro) was a pupil of Kasama Shigetsugu.
Tokiwamatsu means Toyama Mitsuru's studio in Shibuya,Tokyo.

First,I cannot specify,who is the smith.
Because the mei different from Hiraga Morikuni,or possibly another good skillful unknown smith.
Maybe good Tachi sword!
The mei says "Oite Omiya Hachiman-Gu atari,Unryushi Minamoto Morikuni saku".
