  1. They do not show them in Denmark. But when I was a teen in the start 80's ,I was at the national museum ,looking for the Japanese exhibition. But it was closed , all display glasses was covered with plastic. I asked one of the custudes what happened. They had to close and minimize. I never forget he took his key and opend the door to the display and there was 5-7 complete armors. I was so close I could touch them. Today its a small exhibition , only kabuto and some swords. There is one armor at a placed called : tøjhusmuseet ,Denmark in a new exhibition , but sode is switch left right.

Kanekuni made in 1981 , the same year I started to collect , spooky. More spooky ,I got it for 89 usd. Near free. Same year Kanekuni dies.
  14. Hi, Just added to my collection is this old wakizashi blade in kai gunto mounts. The mounts was made by Gunto Sei Saku Jo , located in Tokyo. Company was owned by Mr. Matsuyama. They made koshirae for army and navy and for police, diplomatic and ceremonial uses. The tsuka has what looks to me a bullet hit and damaged the nakago too. Sad thing that someone has polished the nakago. Nagasa is 21,25 inch. A new tsuka was made and the old one is keept with the records and data when it was restored. Nakago repatinated.
