inside an armor box is this paper glued, first picture. And lose in the box is this note, pic two and three. Can anyone translate this?

Two Tanzaku of waka poem are same waka poem.
Title of the Waka-poem is: Yoroi (鎧)　armor.

Meaning:(free translation)
The old armor says nothing but I cry when I think of the old days.

The bit on the left, after the date, is a name (or two names)

藤野藤四郎　Fujino Tōshirō

藤原清勝 Fujiwara Kiyokatsu   (could also be Fujimune 藤宗)

 

I can't get the bits after the year, which Uwe has already provided.
