  4. Thanks Chris, the blade is not in the greatest condition. No pitting but someone "cleaned" it with an abrasive. Also the front seppa is missing, but I'm still very happy to have it! Tom

  6. Hi All, I’m hoping for some information on this type 95. It appears to have a hand forged blade. Notice how there are no serial numbers, habaki or inspection stamps. Has anyone ever seen one like this? Any information will be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Tom

  17. Hi Steve, I've never seen a copper hilt with the second screw, could you please post a picture of one? This is why I love this site, you learn something new all the time.Thank you very much, Tom
  18. Hi Brian, it's definitely a reproduction. The original copper hilts don't have a screw in the tsuka only the barrel sarute holds the blade intact. Tom
