    years ago, this wonderful Tachi belonged to a collector in nothern Germany who has sadly passed away found and confirmed with the help of Kenji Mishina san. (who was kind enough and translate the swords signature) then the good collector friends came....... and coveted it I don't want tell the rest of this story here .......:( please enjoy this unique beautiful sword

    yes Chris that is the Tanto owned by General Eugen Ott was in my collection for a few years. Kenji Mishina san. was so kind and submit them to the NBTHK for me

    this Tanto was found in the late the 1990 in "Schwabing, Muinch"and has been in my collection for a few years "Gift to General Eugen, German Ott Ambassador in Japan from 1938-1942" made by Watanabe Kanenaga at that time I had send the Tanto to Japan ( NBTHK)

    this a truly a real beauty, there is a a strange mystical appearance in the hamon that is reminiscent of maybe crescent in clouds???
