Mal has treated us to part 2 of his Naval swords and swordsmiths essay/manuscript.
Amazing work, and kudos to him and those others who are sharing this sort of info freely. We have an amazing amount of info stored here.

Just had a read of your new research Malcolm....great stuff. I am glad to add it to my WWII sword library...A valuable assist to members. Thanks also to Brian for providing this platform for all.

Thanks for the wonderful article Mal!  I enjoyed reading more about the Naval sword operation.  Army gets the lion's share of the attention, so little is known about the navy side.  This adds considerably to our understanding.
