Marcin replied to m4l700's topic in Military Swords of Japan
Dunno if this is main thread about Shodai Kawashima but I would like to add 2 more examples of his work. http://www.jp-sword.com/files/blade/tadayoshi/tadayoshi.htm and from recent auction (I hope that community would get a chance to admire this blade after restoration. -
If you could please add some pictures of your example. We could with ease create here online oshigata for all smiths.

Thoughts on this Kanemitsu Kaigunto? Gimei?
Marcin replied to Kaigunto230's topic in Military Swords of Japan
Nice koshirae with mon at menuki. This seller had some items Canada based if I remember correctly. Don’t wish for a gift from longtime seller His current ebay listings are placed in Japan :/ -
In many of those auctions he is first bidder. Dunno how many he won but it’s easy to change name at aoi so why shill would work under same name? He looked like collector.

You have done a lot of research. I thought about combined work with all done in previous articles. Like Slough’s Mantetsu pages. -

Increasing Gold Membership numbers?

What about making some articles available only for long term subscribers? Imo NCO 95 guide and some kind of oshigata compilation would do the trick. And I know some kind of guide is in the making. @Bruce Pennington @Scogg have You thought about cooking something? Slough’s second edition was printed 20 years ago -
