I don't have any books with me and seller says: Echizen No Kuni Ju Kanetane which I'd like to confirm.

If you are on a pc, then the main page of the NMB has a section at the top right called Translating Mei with nice fancy and clear popups. I suggest everyone familiarize themselves with them.
