Hi, could you please help me with mei translation of this tsuba?

祥楽齊　勝貞　　Shōrakusai Katsusada. 

 

To the left of the nakago ana is 

 

寫　百鬼夜行之圖　　Utsushi Hyakki yagyō no zu 　Copied from the Hyakki yagyō (or yakō)

The attribution is still a tough task though. Heinz Index has for masters with the name Katsusada, but none of them is Shorakusai or close by description.

May be the seal could help? The second kanji looks like 景 Kage/Kei for me.
