AndyMcK Posted September 26, 2015 Report Posted September 26, 2015 Hello folks! Anyone spotted seller *artgallery* on Ebay lately? Selling plenty of gunto etc. fitted blades and has short auction times. Photos look identical to the ones from seller showa22. And if I am not totally mistaken, he is using already sold items in his "stock". One of the blades is exact match to one I bought from showa22 few years back. So heads up, something fishy happening there like usually. Antti Quote

So maybe it is up to you to message them, and say this is a unique item, no 2 alike, and you own it. And you recognize all the other items as having been sold by the person who sold you yours. Perhaps then they will take action. Quote
Stephen Posted September 26, 2015 Report Posted September 26, 2015 sent showa22 a heads up, shame on the bids...hope he gets them pulled Quote

Kai-Gunto Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Great work. I warned buyers before ,when it was possible on ebay. I was a Nihonto cowboy The seller "artgallery" had a great feedback? 658 feedbacks? Thats many , the frauds normally has a new or low feedback. http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=*artgallery*&ftab=AllFeedback 1 Quote
Brian Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 These guys are masters at fabricating feedback using a combination of low cost items (under $1) and a network of fellow scammers. Sometimes they just use hacked accounts. Lot of money at play here. Quote
kusunokimasahige Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 Can someone post a correct reporting link in this topic please ?I did report sellers/items in the past but nowhere could I write down a detailed report on why I reported a seller.KM Quote
AndyMcK Posted September 27, 2015 Author Report Posted September 27, 2015 Henk-Jan, I had to go through customer service to report the issue on more detailed level and then also use the regular "report item" link in the item page, top right corner on description of item. Antti 1 Quote
Shamsy Posted September 27, 2015 Report Posted September 27, 2015 It's reassuring to know there are people out there who care enough about this that they take action. My hat off to you all. Thank you. Quote
