Barrett Hiebert Posted March 4, 2015 Report Posted March 4, 2015 Hello all, I'm trying to find any tachi, katana with lots of sori for my own personal library. I've been scouring the internet with little luck. They can be of any curvature type, I would just like the sori to be in the extreme range. I do love lots of sori in a blade. Historical blades only please or modern blades of well renowned smiths. Cheers. Thank you all in advance for your help. Best regards, Barrett Hiebert Quote

cabowen Posted March 4, 2015 Report Posted March 4, 2015 Be aware that one possible sign of saiha is unusually deep sori.... Quote

Brian Posted March 4, 2015 Report Posted March 4, 2015 Thomas, I still think that sword would look much better if it had the right lighting. And by that, I mean a South African sun, coming in through a window exactly like I have here at home. In other words, it would look better here with me As for extreme sori...another one that is already sold: http://www.militaria.co.za/nmb/topic/16112-strange-naginata-sold-on-ebay/?hl=naginata Brian Quote
