Mei is hard to read. May be "Bishu Ju Sukesada?" Dunno. I'm not sure at all.

To be precise, 賀州 reads Gashu (=Iga province).

Yes, I found that Gashu (賀州) in the mei means Kaga province (加賀) in this case.
