  11. David, based on your Tsuba, my signature seems quite different and confirming the "gimei" trend. Mariusz, you are right but i am not that proud of the pictures I have (I post them any way). These pictures are those of the auction house where I purchased the tsuba and as soon as I receive it , I'll provide better ones (ones the Tsuba will be cleaned gently). Thank you for your feed-backs
  12. Hi , Can someone one give me clues on the fact that this signature might not be Gimei? If the signature is genuine can it be Hamano Noriyuki I or Noriyuki II? Thank you for your advise and expertise

  22. Hello, another tsuba i just purchased. Kanjis in signature look like being KIYO (Kei?) HARU + Kakihan. But I do not see any Kiyo Haru with such kanjis in Haynes nor in Shosankenshu or in Markus Sesko's Genealogy. Does someone has ideas on school ? Thank you for help.
  23. Chris, sorry for being so ignorant but can you precise your views? I have heard that Tsuba with signature at this place where Kenjo Tsuba ? Is it true ? Thank you in advance for your knowledge on this topic.
  24. Pete, Haynes states that YUKINORI 12452 died circa 1700 / 1750. My Tsuba looks much more about 1850. The signature from shinsen Kinko Meikan looks effectively more similar and correspond to Chris translation
  25. With Pictures....
