Never seen such an umbrella. Should you have pictures of such an umbrella, i would learn something new on an every day usage of tsuba.

Hi Marcin, My personnal opinion is that Catawiki is not the best place to purchase nice pieces. This katanakake is modern and quite expensive for a 21st century piece. I would suggest to invest in a real edo katanakake even spending more money. My personnel test would not drive me to purchase this one.

Thank you Piers, Haynes lists at EISEI (栄清) that the two kanji can be read as Shigekiyo or even Hidekiyo (Haynes 00450.0) . Not sure he is the same guy.

Thank you Jean and Uwe for your help. Unfortunatly I didn't find in my books any TSUNEKIYO, EISEI or TSUNEHARU (One of my guesses) from akao school with those Kanji. Another mystery.....
