Patrick86 Posted December 24, 2025 Report Posted December 24, 2025 I recently bought this piece. Can someone perhaps help me with the translation? And can tell me exactly what this is? thank you so much in advance 1 Quote
ChrisW Posted December 24, 2025 Report Posted December 24, 2025 Looks almost like a plug bayonet, but perhaps made with the broken portion of a blade. That "mei" is almost certainly dremel-cut though. Maybe someone's home project to recycle some steel. Quote

It is a small rotational tool like a tiny grinder or a dentist's drill. These KANJI are clearly cut with a sharp chisel, not beautifully I have to admit. 2 1 Quote
Brian Posted December 25, 2025 Report Posted December 25, 2025 A tool. Maybe something meant for woodwork or...? Nice item though. 1 Quote
Patrick86 Posted December 30, 2025 Author Report Posted December 30, 2025 Thank you All for your information. It was in a lot with arrow heads. So i was also curious what it was. Quote
eternal_newbie Posted December 30, 2025 Report Posted December 30, 2025 I've seen a couple of these before in random online stores, one was listed as a throwing knife blade and the other was listed as a paper craft knife. As to which (if any) of those descriptions were correct, I have no idea... Quote
