Ken-Hawaii Posted January 14, 2020 Report Posted January 14, 2020 I have several hundred references, but half of them are digital, & easily carried around in my high-resolution Samsung tablet. 1 Quote
Wim V Posted January 18, 2020 Report Posted January 18, 2020 Nice topic, I like it. In attachment a picture of my library. I have approximately 100 books, and a collection of +/- 600 NBTHK Token Bijutsu magazines (starting from 1968). My logic was a bit as Jussi described: I could not afford a serious collection of swords so decided to collect "all" the books on the subject. Only to find out that even that is a nearly impossible task. But I am very happy with the books I have (although I am still missing a few important titles) 4 Quote

Surfson Posted January 20, 2020 Report Posted January 20, 2020 This is most of it, but far from all of it. I do this with some trepidation, Big, as mine is spread all over the house and a bit chaotic. I do hope one day to have a house big enough to have a proper sword room instead of a two bedroom apartment! Sorry that the rooms are dark and a couple photos are a little blurry from long exposure times. 2 Quote
Surfson Posted January 20, 2020 Report Posted January 20, 2020 Sorry about the rotated pictures - I assure you that those swords are not defying gravity! Quote
Surfson Posted January 21, 2020 Report Posted January 21, 2020 Big, if you mean a list or bibliography, no I don't. Also, I wish that owning them was the same as knowing them! Cheers, Bob Quote
Jussi Ekholm Posted January 22, 2020 Report Posted January 22, 2020 As there was a post about visiting collectors, there are so many book titles in these collections that I would love to browse. Quote
