Yari Signature Help Please

I think I can read FUJIWARA HISANAGA SAKU, but the last name KANJI is not safe.

Any idea on time period or place?

 

I can't turn up anything online for this smith.

John has found the best available listing for this name, but  - to me - this looks newer than Kyoho. An unlisted Bakumatsu Edo smith???

I have gone back and tried to take better pictures but just don't have the skill or equipment. After this post I went back and looked at the yari and it is browner than it appears in the photos and the signature a lot fainter than it looks in my pictures and I think it looks older than this in person but I just can't capture it on film.
