He just prepare papers. Buyer in Europe have bigger issue. Here for example you have 100+ years old blade. How you prove at customs its age? Expert opinion is needed or you paying normal VAT. For me its 23% without nbthk/nthk or any other kanteisho which can be valid. By word of mouth dsn't work sadly and many good pieces I missed.

Its only added inflation. Collector should think reasonably as one living in kind of bubble. You are part of specific community. Community value specific things. For many of us collecting retro consoles and games is stupid but there is many collecting those etc.
