  1. Bro please remove your localization from pics link. Im feeling disturbed. And add pics of mei.
  2. Are you able to see on nakago 2 parts with different old rust patina?
  3. Sugata looks kinda similar. Double habaki, tsuba with real sekigane. Maybe tsukamaki, fuchi, kashira are not great but overall would say muromachi [15/16c] or older [koto sword era]. Don't polish it.
  4. I dont see any hada here. Hamon either.
  5. Nakago O-suriage, no yokote. Nagamaki naoshi? Blade is in a bad shape but dsn't look to be vintage.
  6. Yes I meant outer rim part. Which is no oval.
  7. Its 1935 at omura study link. You should read more men. Look for Gunto NCO 95
  8. And one advice - if you buy in europe you dont have to worry about customs/taxes etc.
  9. If you like to hunt please consider looking after on this link: https://www.liveauctioneers.com/search/?keyword=Gunto&sort=-relevance&status=online But try to dig more info. I usually always ask before purchase.
  10. Wait for others opinion. It can be genuine afterall. But its not a real blade. Its just a frame with wooden substitute.
  11. I gave you link in another thread yesterday. http://ohmura-study.net/910.html
  12. "3" its assembly numbers
  13. Numbers on seppa tsuba saya. How many times this seller reposted this setting?
  14. Tsuba changed color?
  15. Boyz do we have any thread with gunto fakes and replicas? Maybe we should make one so I could dig net fir those. We have one for NCO which is still hot.
  16. He probably meant "katana" as koshirae and cover - leather parts. You clearly see blade is made of wood. But this tsuba ... Mimi [oval part of tsuba] should be smooth so it won't gather dirt right? Its proper military design I suppose.
  17. Ask him for saya photos, how koiguchi looks.
  18. If he ever saw tsuba carved like this then yeah it is genuine.
  19. Type 98 but this leather cover is in "to good shape" to be genuine. Mr @Bruce Pennington maybe should evaluate. This tsuba finishing especially and leather cover.
  20. More like brass ok its open model with some finishing. But old patina dsn't look like it.
  21. "Special navy landing forces" 10.25
  22. PM sent
