Lets say it was same price range. But his have both kozuka and kogai. Look at boshi, hada. Definietly he bought better one, more active-alive. New one looks like typical milky way. Dunno if it wasnt even retemper. Both have suguha hamon - how foggy is newer with these kitae in kissaki. Also compare work of togishi basing on amount of nagashi [lines]
