  1. Last bump Thanks for looking
  2. bump Still at 6800 €, a good price for a stunning blade and historically interesting. Thanks for looking
  3. Thank you very much Jean ! Yes, not a problem for me to take my camera but it's not the same for the rest of my stuff (lighting, etc...) If you want this kind of pictures, I need my full setup
  4. Thanks for your kind words. Sebastien, it was a pleasure to welcome you home. You come back when you want All the best,
  5. Best and last price for NMB members = 6800 € plus shipping.
  6. Gorgeous blade ! Congratulations Jean Look forward to see better pics !
  7. Discounted price for NMB members = 7100 € (about 10 %)
  8. Bonjour Rodriguez, This signature is probably Gimei, it doesn't look good. Unfortunately there are many Gimei for Tanba Yoshimichi... But it seems to be a good sword anyway.
  9. I also see Kunihiro. Not 100% sure for the kanji "Hiro".
  10. Thanks Brian It's a very nice blade, and much better in hands. Here's one more pic where we can see easily the Jihada (tight itame). And also, one better of the Kissaki.
  11. Hi members, I have for sale this Katana O suriage attributed by a NBTHK Hozon to Hideyo Hyoshinshi (Suishinshi). Shinshinto Kaei 1848 Musashi province. Hideyo, also called Tamura Gunpei, was the student and son-in-law of the great Suishinshi Masahide considered the founder of the movement Shinshinto. The particular and rare shape of this blade is called “Kissaki Moroha Zukuri”. The origin of it is very old and dates back over 1000 years. One of the most prestigious sword like this is the legendary Kogarasu-maru (10th century) which was a treasure of the Taira Clan and is now in the imperial collection. This magnificent blade has an excellent quality, no Kizu, with a nice activity where we can see Nie, Chikei, Sunagashi, Kinsuji, Nioi Fukaku, Nioiguchi … Sold in Shirasaya, with a beautiful Habaki and NBTHK Hozon certificate. Fujishiro rank = Josaku My price is 7900 € plus shipping. Of course, a donation will be made if sold to a member. More pictures on my website. Don't hesitate to email me with your questions.
  12. KAN271 is a good choice. After verification, apparently there isn't a Kanemichi in "Kawachi" with this Kanji.... Good eyes Guido
  13. maybe a better photo ? With a different angle. Indeed, the "sada" is also possible. But I vote for the "michi"
  14. "Kanemichi" seems to be the good one
  15. Totally agree with you Stephen.
  16. Apparently only Koto period for "Bishu Osafune Kanemitsu". It seems to be Oei, no doubt for me. (if the Mei is authentic, of course)
  17. Beautiful and interesting sword. This Hitatsura hamon is really unusual, I like it. Not already sold for this discounted price ?!
  18. Hi Frederick, Fine blade too... I feel a little irony in your answer (?) but whatever Yeah your blade has a good symmetric Hamon but not the good Nakago Jiri and probably too much Nie (if my eyes don't deceive me) for a Muramasa. Art Torano, thank you for your compliment
  19. Wonderful work, a real masterpiece. Thanks for sharing Ford.
  20. Nice fittings, but I think you're right to have a doubt. Good quality but it doesn't seems to live up to Naomasa. Moreover, for me the Mei is quite suspicious and it doesn't really look like to the original. Just my humble opinion.
  21. Amazing Daisho, really nice project. Congratulations !
  22. Isocyanide, Always, this is exactly what we are supposed to do with a Muramasa... Unfortunately, I don't have many enemies so it becomes difficult these last times.
  23. Jussi, absolutely no problem, thank you for this quick photoshop I'm going to replace the first 2 pictures with this one. In fact it's much better !
  24. Thanks guys for your compliments. Fuuten, sorry but these pictures are the only ones I've done. It's true, It's not very convenient but you can see the Hamon is symmetrical on both sides on my two first pictures
  25. Hi members, Just to share some pictures I did recently of a Katana of my personal collection. Hope you will like it... Thanks for your interest !
