Translation assistance for old sword receipt

Can't be Showa 26 as that's 1951, when sword making was still banned by the American occupation.

I think the printed line to the right of the date reads "The receipt has been confirmed by Sho Seiji (or Shōseiji)."

It is a receipt issued by the Board of Education in 1951 to Mr. Fuse Takashi in Tsuwano cho.

The price is 150 JPY as the registration fee of swords.

I'm surprised that swords could be bought and sold in 1951 considering the restrictions placed by General Headquarters. 😮

Thank you all for you assistance, it's accompanied by a Torokusho for 1953 in I believe Toyama Prefecture so 1951 makes sense.

The registration was for Mr. Fuse’s already owned swords. There is no indication of buying or selling them.

Thank you all again for your assistance, the registration came in this envelope. It's interesting to see an early registration certificate, and that it was first registered in Shimane Prefecture followed by Toyama prefecture.
