Type 3/Rinji Seishiki Gunto Mei

Man, I hate these "chippy" mei. 
Can anyone assist with this Type 3/Rinji Seishiki mei? On a Showato that just popped up here.
Mei looks like Yoshitada or xx Tada?

Thank you very much Moriyama san. Quick question, wouldn't Showa 23rd be 1948? Far too late for them to have been making military swords?

Moriyama-san wrote it correctly in kanji so probably just a mis-type.

Typo is all.  Date is March 1945.

Brian, is that a stamp above the date?  Are there stamps above the mei?

Bruce, so far I have seen no stamps on it at all anywhere. I I have looked quite hard.

I am sorry. That is my careless mistake.

Showa 20 year (1945) is correct.
