Thanks Ray. I see these characters also on the nakago. Seems to be a complete special order package.

Thanks that’s awesome. It’s probably a long shot but Is there anyway to find any history on who Miyawaki was?

I can tell you the numbers on the right of the picture (0) 652 would be assembly numbers. The left is probably the makers name. The red M (?) at the top is likely the shop mark.

Hi John,

the 0652 is on all the seppa and tsuba. The red M is on the back of the locking mechanism. Thanks for the info. I wonder what is on the left side.
