It’s dated 1853    嘉永六癸丑年十月?九日.

The other inscription is probably a cutting test by a certain Yamada tester. First glance 山田源蔵吉武之試….but I’m in a hurry and have to leave…(not sure about the 武)….

三善長道上ル (unsure) – Miyoshi Nagamichi shortened.

 

於千住太々土壇拂山田源蔵吉武之試 – At Senju, Taitai dotan barai, Yamada Genzo Yoshitake tested this.

嘉永六丑年十月十九日 – Kaei 6th year (1853), 10th month, 19th day
