Help please with special order soemei

Grey and i have a gendai tachi, we can make out the mei and date but could someone please help with the custom order kanji we would appreciate it

* Various readings for the given name are possible. Yoshi, Tadashi, Tsutomi, etc.. I feel Yoshi is an unlikely first name in this case due to the last name already containing "yoshi", but it is the most common reading.

Could the first name be Yoshio? I found mention of a Yoshio Yoshioka, a 2nd Lieutenant in a Medical unit.
