I already am pretty positive on my assumption but want others opinions.

I wouldn't discount it. There were a number of Osafune Kiyomitsu. I would send to shinsa.

The following is something I vaguely recall and incase I'm misremembering, no offense😙

 

Wasn't there 'a' Kiyomitsu that was know for creating gimei swords? Somewhat unrelated as this one is signed as such. I can't remember where exactly I got it from it where I read something regarding this.  

 

To op, more pictures please! Is it in polish? If so the costs for shinsa aren't too high.

i would say your pretty safe with it being shoshin,.

 

had a few sue kiyomitsu's.  the the mei and nakago all are representanive of sue bizen work. 

 

and like sukesada, there not exactly a hi market item to fake.

I would second Rays opinion for sending it for shinsa to be sure. I think I would lean towards it being genuine, as Hamfish said there are lots of these late Muromachi Bizen blades. Late friend of mine used to have Eiroku period tanto by Kiyomitsu.
