Bugyotsuji Posted May 7, 2021 Report Posted May 7, 2021 Are we not seeing 濱野随宣 Hamano Yukinori? 1 Quote
Grey Doffin Posted May 7, 2021 Author Report Posted May 7, 2021 Thank you both for the effort but there is neither a Hamano Yukinori nor a Hamano Yukinobu in Robert Haynes' Index. Might it be something else? Grey Quote
SteveM Posted May 8, 2021 Report Posted May 8, 2021 It's definitely 浜野(𡌛)随宣, with a variant of 宣 that isn't part of the MS font set. 宣 has a million readings: nobu, nori, yoshi, yori, etc... but none of these are in Wakayama. So... its either an obscure Hamano smith, or someone faking a Hamano name. 1 1 Quote

Grey Doffin Posted May 8, 2021 Author Report Posted May 8, 2021 Thanks. I guess I'll go with either Yukinori or Yukinobu. Grey 1 Quote
