tsuba Help needed re maker, school etc please

Not a lot that I know- metal is shibuichi possibly.

Carefully shaped figures- faces and hands.

Good condition.

72 x 63 x 3.5 mm

To my uneducated eye it does not look authentic, perhaps cast.

Thanks for your comment John- it wasn't what I expected but for all that, exactly what was wanted-  such as an opinion about the piece's true merit in the grand scheme of things.

This is probably the most problematic Tsuba I have and would welcome some more thoughts on it.

Should I post more Pictures does anyone think or just let it slide into obscurity ?

Thanks for doing that Brian and it suits me to do that as well- but if I fail to get it right then it's just not yet knowing how rather than stubborness.
