Tsuba mei and hozon attribution

Hi. I read the mei as Naganao, but that sounds odd. Is it read some other way? Also is there an attribution of school or group on the hozon paper? Thanks. Mark

鳥兜透鍔 永尚作 tsuba [nagahisa]. 日刀保 保存刀装具 NBTHK Hozon. 品番：1210-6023. 布団付桐箱入り. 竪丸形 鉄鍛目地 陰透 角耳小肉. 縦 Length, 8.67cm.

 

They feel it's Nagahisa.  The skybirthday listing didn't provide much else aside from the plant description.

I think the description: torikabuto (鳥兜) refers to a particular kind of hat. See the attached. The same word is also used for the poisonous plant "wolf's bane", but I think the outline on the tsuba is supposed to resemble the hat.
