I have had these fittings for many years and don't know who this maker is. I read "Seisaburo ?) I don't know the last character. The quality of the work appears excellent. There are three listed in Haynes without too much information. Any inputs would be appreciated.

Either one is possible. 清三郎譲 I am not sure if I have it right on the last kanji, Jou? John

The last kanji seems to be a variant of Jou 譲
