So, clearly some is known about his fittings as they were described in books and auction catalogues, which Pete has kindly listed up. What about his 50 or so blades? The newspaper article above mentions that his collection was second only to Walter Compton’s, so it must have been formidable..... My interest was recently piqued as I came across an extremely rare Ko-Aoe Juyo blade which had been owned by him in the past.... Quote
