Derek Posted May 17, 2017 Report Posted May 17, 2017 I will be there! I will have a sword or two for show and tell. Quote
Brian Posted May 17, 2017 Report Posted May 17, 2017 Will add the link to the list above over the weekend. Good luck! Quote
Ken-Hawaii Posted May 20, 2017 Report Posted May 20, 2017 Joe, let me know if you need any sample by-laws. I helped grind ours out over a period of two years, & they work...so far. Ken Quote
SwordGuyJoe Posted May 21, 2017 Author Report Posted May 21, 2017 All, The loose agenda has been set - it will mainly be a show and tell: 1. Introductions: What did you bring? What do you collect? Why does that interest you? How did you get started? 2. Grey has offered to do an etiquette lecture 3. Show and tell display 4. Discussion on the club in general Quote
Derek Posted May 21, 2017 Report Posted May 21, 2017 What's your guess for the number of people, Joe? Quote
SwordGuyJoe Posted May 21, 2017 Author Report Posted May 21, 2017 I think it'll be in the ballpark of 10-ish Quote
Grey Doffin Posted May 22, 2017 Report Posted May 22, 2017 Just so I don't scare off any potential attendees, I'm not planning to do my complete beginner's care & etiquette lecture, the one I do at all the sword shows. Rather I'm thinking maybe 10 minutes, just to hit the high spots and try to make sure swords brought for show and tell don't get damaged. Grey 1 Quote
