As you know,The 1st Gunto exhibition was held from 23 November to 8 December,1943 in Tokyo.

Here is the photograph on which Kurihara Hikosaburo (Akihide) was giving speech on the stage of the exhibition.

What did he speech to audiences?

His subject was "about the present-day Japanese sword".

However, it was not known at all what he gave a speech(the contents) there until now.

Since recentlylately I obtained a stenographic record of his speech at that time, the contents of the speech at that time of him became clear.

I have a copy of that photo as well- I always marveled at that large sword he was holding on stage...

Fantastic discovery of the speech! I hope you can share it with us....

As always, thank you for your contributions.
