george trotter Posted June 2, 2014 Report Posted June 2, 2014 The printed ink kanji are (top right) Sho and (top left reading down) ju yon, or ten four. These are a date Showa 14 (1938). The circles etc are probably arsenal inspection marks. The punched mark on the leather I am not sure about. Hope this helps, Quote
