    Making swords was expensive. Good swords were never thrown away. Pre edo times I'm sure reforging was common practice to strenghten damaged blades after battle just to have enough weapons able to cut. Knowing nihonjin nothing went to waste.

    Same crazy shiet like with 6k$ unpapered mounted Shigetsugu 2 months ago. Peps go monkey all the time and those are peps from here I would tell. But its at the end lucky and important military piece will get good home.

    5,5x7.0 cm and 0,75mm thick. Its with "frankenstein" nakago blade fit to mount them all.

    This particular koshirae have rust spot and cut markings in area where could be mounted another haikan. Your opinion please. Its shorter sword but distance between haikan should be similar. It have open tsuba but those were used in 94 and early 98s. Chuso isnt centered.
